These are amazing, I’m making the most of it before my interval training tomorrow.
I’ve never really done anything but run before in my previous marathon training, I’m not a fan of running ‘fast’ v happy to keep plodding along. But, as I’ve paid for all my Chi Running coaching it would be silly not to be taking his advice, after all it’s all worked so far!!
But for now, I’m enjoying the rest and the warmth
