Just had a message from a friend of mine – old-BMF buddy – it made me chuckle and thought I’d share
“You inspired me as I did a kettlebell class today. But… I’ve got lots of bruises now on my arms from something called rack and clean and press. Did you get bruises?”
We volunteer ourselves for these things, do them, enjoy them, get covered in mud/bruises/ache for a week and then still go back for more!
